Patricia created The Cardner Group so that she could use her 15+ years of experience in psychology, counseling, leadership and coaching to enhance the effectiveness and abilities of her clients.  Tricia's practice is focused on developing optimal human functioning in the workplace in the most expedient and fun ways possible!
